Terms of Service
By engaging NextFlowForce for decentralized application development services, you agree to these terms and our commitment to delivering professional blockchain solutions.
Service Agreement
Our dApp development services are provided under professional consulting agreements. Each project begins with a detailed scope definition where we outline deliverables, timelines, and technical specifications. We work closely with clients to ensure blockchain solutions meet their specific business requirements.
Project timelines vary based on complexity, but typical dApp development ranges from 8-16 weeks. We provide regular progress updates and maintain transparent communication throughout the development process. Changes to project scope require written approval and may affect timelines and costs.
Payment Terms
- Initial deposit of 30% required before development begins
- Progress payments tied to specific milestones and deliverables
- Final payment due upon completion and client acceptance
- All payments in PHP or USD as agreed in the contract
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. However, we retain rights to general frameworks, libraries, and methodologies developed independently. Any third-party components used carry their respective licenses, which we clearly document.
Liability and Warranties
We provide professional development services with industry-standard quality assurance. While we thoroughly test all applications, the decentralized nature of blockchain technology means we cannot guarantee against all potential network issues or smart contract vulnerabilities. Our liability is limited to the contract value of services provided.
Clients are responsible for their own security practices, private key management, and compliance with applicable regulations in their jurisdiction. We provide guidance but cannot assume responsibility for regulatory compliance decisions.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
During our business relationship, we collect contact information, project requirements, and technical specifications necessary to deliver services. We also maintain records of communications, project files, and payment information as required for business operations.
How We Use Information
- Project delivery and client communication
- Technical support and maintenance services
- Legal compliance and business record keeping
- Service improvement based on project outcomes
Data Protection
Client information is stored securely and accessed only by team members directly involved in project delivery. We use encrypted communication channels and secure file sharing systems. Client data is never shared with third parties without explicit permission, except where required by law.
Data Retention
Project files and communications are retained for three years after project completion to support ongoing maintenance and legal requirements. Clients may request data deletion after this period, subject to legal retention requirements in the Philippines.
Disclaimers
Blockchain technology and decentralized applications operate in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. While we stay current with best practices and emerging standards, clients must evaluate regulatory compliance requirements in their specific jurisdiction and use case.
Smart contract interactions with public blockchains involve inherent risks including network congestion, gas fee fluctuations, and potential protocol changes. We design applications to handle these scenarios appropriately but cannot eliminate all blockchain-related risks.
Our development services focus on technical implementation. Clients remain responsible for business decisions, regulatory compliance, and operational security practices.
